This week our Blacon Health and Wellbeing Community Board is proudly helping to raise awareness of the wonderful - Cycling without age - Chester. "The trishaws are based at Upton Dene Care Home in Upton by Chester and will be ridden in the lovely Countess of Chester Country Park. The trishaws are for use by the care home and the local residents. We hope that through awareness and further fundraising we will be able to expand the fleet of trishaws in Chester so this fabulous initiative is more widely available. We strive to help to end loneliness and isolation in the community, to give the elderly freedom and fresh air, to help them reconnect with nature and the community and to help them ‘feel the wind in their hair!’." ▶ For more information visit: https://cyclingwithoutage.org.uk/c
