Qualified Hearing Aid Audiologist, Helen Thompson-Parry BSc RHAD has recently launched Renew Hearing Care, to help people living in the Wirral, Liverpool and Cheshire hear better. Across the UK there are approximately 11 million people living with a hearing loss, which equates to around one in six of us. With this figure only set to rise Helen wanted to offer a truly personalised hearing and ear care service, accessible to all.

Having worked for over 17 years in the hearing care sector for corporate organisations, she has seen the devastating effect hearing loss can have on our lives whether that be for the person with a hearing loss or their family members. With her passion for putting people first, you’re not just a target or number to Helen. Your quality of life and hearing health is what matters the most to her and she promises to be by your side for every step of your hearing care journey.

Helen stated, “With the increasing pressure on the NHS and many GPs not able to provide ear wax removal as a service I knew I could help. It’s important for people to be aware that regular ear health checks will identify, any deterioration with their hearing, a build up of ear wax and general overall health of their ears. Your hearing health matters to me and through the personalised hearing care service I provide, I can ensure you have the support and information you need throughout your hearing care journey.
