We’re supporting UK SAYS NO MORE week to raise awareness of how we can all be aware of, and report, signs of domestic abuse & sexual violence whilst the UK is in lockdown.
UK SAYS NO MORE is a national campaign to raise awareness to end domestic abuse and sexual violence across the UK and seeks to use social media to share information and resources around domestic violence and sexual assault, galvanising individuals and organisations to raise awareness of these issues, dispelling some of the common myths and misconceptions, and starting a national conversation. UK SAYS NO MORE works with a partnership network of non-profit, local authority, corporate, arts and educational organisations to put tackling domestic violence and sexual assault at the forefront, including through work with universities and students across the UK to run a national Bystander Intervention Programme.
It is vital we work together in order to make a real difference, letting those affected know they are not alone, and raising awareness of the support available. Together, we can end the stigma and silence around domestic violence and sexual assault. #UKSAYSNOMORE For more information visit www.uksaysnomore.org #ListeningFromHome
