Bouncing Back - Chester Dementia Support Group

This week our Blacon Health and Wellbeing Community Board is proudly helping to raise awareness of the Bouncing Back Dementia. A dementia support group for those living with dementia and their carers.

The group meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
