Order your Prescription via the NHS App

When you request a prescription online, you can have your prescription sent electronically to your local Swettenham Chemists.

This is called a nomination.

Once you nominate your Swettenham Chemists :

- you will no longer need to collect paper prescriptions from your GP surgery, and

- your Swettenham Chemists will automatically receive your prescriptions
